When a couple days they are trying for a baby what does that mean? I never understood it. Does it mean they used to not have sex? Is baby sex different from normal sex?

It means they stop using birth control, start following/tracking the woman’s ovulation cycle to make sure to have sex on days she’s most likely to conceive. A woman may need to stop birth control pills and wait for hire ones to return to normal, or might need to get an IUD removed, etc.
