eli5. What does 2218 with a rune number being worn by a Nazi mean?

I saw it on the back of those Nazis that marched in Nashville. With what I believe to have a rune symbol underneath. The only thing I can find is it’s an angel #. It doesn’t make sense. Thanks for your help.

2218 is basic code: if you just substitute 2218 for the letters in the alphabet in order, you get BBAH, which presumably stands for “bring back Adolf Hitler”. It’s much like Nazi code 1488, which is a little bit more complex since it stands for “the fourteen words; Heil Hitler” where “the fourteen words” is a white supremacist slogan. (Depending on which Nazi you talk to, the 88 might also be explained as referring to the “88 Precepts”, another white supremacist document, but it’s originally just because it stands for Heil Hitler. That’s why it was 88 precepts in the first place.)
