Eli5: What does one mean when talking about a finite probability ?

In a paper I am reading, the author describes “…the drying simulated by the Hadley Centre model as having a finite probability…”
I don’t get what he means, although I have a slight idea. Searching google on my own hasn’t helped tho… anyone ?

Earth science Tag because its in that field although it could also be math.

Finite probability space is outcome where you can write down the outcomes (head, tails etc.).

Infinite probability space is something where you cannot do this.
