Should I turn this on if my TV gets 4k but it also doesn’t get 120hz? Will it make my games look worse cause I haven’t actually noticed any tearing or anything or even too much stuttering.

I don’t think it will make a diff either way if your TV doesn’t support it. If it doesn’t do 120hz, it probably doesn’t. They’re not necessarily related, but I haven’t personally seen a TV that has VRR that isn’t 120hz.
