Is it constricted blood flow? I understand sinus headaches are due to air pressure but like migraines and just standard headaches I don’t get what they are and google doesn’t tell me

It depends. Sorry, but it’s the truth.
Some headaches are neurological: the brain doesn’t feel pain, but the membranes surrounding it do, and certain kinds of intense activity (almost like seizures) cause the release of lots of neurotransmitters that leak out and cause pain receptors in the membranes to activate. That’s what most migranes are.
Some headaches are the result of muscle tension in the scalp and face.
Some headaches are the result of blood pressure changes in the head.
