Full disclosure, I do not advocate for this type of philosophy as there may be a lot of unforseen consequences, but generally anarcho-syndicalism is a political philosophy and movement that seeks to create a society based on the principles of anarchism, with a particular emphasis on workers’ organizations and trade unions. Anarcho-syndicalists believe that the exploitation and oppression of workers can only be eliminated through the establishment of a worker-led, decentralized and democratic society, where workers own and control the means of production and distribution. This would be achieved through the use of direct action and workers’ collective organizing, rather than through political parties or the state.
