It’s actually nearly impossible for anything to be stuck behind your eye, what has likely happened it has collected under your bottom eyelid and then at night the your eyeball and eyelid movements in conjunction will work together to push it out the corner of your eye. Sorta like when you get eye crust in the morning it’s from the same movement.
