I love to read about different mental issues and personality disorder and came across BPD but I didn’t really understand it. And now I really wanna understand it as it has peaked my interest. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

I’m pretty sure that my girlfriend had it. She said that she was bipolar, but I have bipolar, and I am nothing like she is. One Friday, she was supposed to come over. She called me and said that she couldn’t because she was going to check into the psych ward, because she was suicidal. She told me the hospital. That weekend, I called that psych ward to talk to her. The staff member told me, “I can’t tell you that she IS a patient here, but I can tell you that she IS NOT a patient here.” I was in f’ing tears for her, and it was a lie. Manipulation.
