“Ipseity” is the implicit, first-person quality of consciousness. It is why you consider yourself to reside within your own body, for your mind to be your own, and for you to be experiencing reality as yourself.
An ipseity disturbance would be a sign of various dissociative disorders such as schizophrenia. For example if you viewed reality as if the lens through which you experienced it was through someone else’s eyes or body, or that you were residing within the mind of a person other than yourself.
