Like when parents set up a trust for their kids. Is probate when there’s disagreement or one sibling does not accept terms of the trust or will?

Probate courts deal with all deaths/estates. There are matters of debts and notification of those owed money, in addition to the disbursement of any remaining assets. If there is a well documented will, trust, etc. then it’s a straight forward process. But sometimes, there can be disagreements that do require hearings and such.
