Eli5 : What is the difference between an oxymoron and a paradox?

Every year I encounter this and search it up and am left with no answers. Pls explain

existence itself is an example of a paradox. an oxymoron is where two opposing words are used together, like “Icy Hot” or “Skinny Fat” and things like that.
