Money is anything with value that can be easily exchanged for goods and services. This could be a special piece of paper, or a gold coin, bottles of hand sanitizer, or just about anything else that people will accept as payment.

Currency is a specific kind of money. It is standardized and typically managed by a government. Think like US dollars, or Euros, or Bitcoin.
