Strategic is bigger picture, tactical is the step taken.
Say you have a company selling a trendy sneaker, and you want to reach 18-25 demo. Your strategy might be to focus on social media and influencers, sell DTC online and at pop-ups at music festivals and such.
Tactics would be setting up and TikTok and Instagram feed, hire great content creators who are able to tap into the trends and get views. And getting shoes into hands, onto feet of the right influencers. Get them to influencers attending the festivals you’re selling at.
