I heard that it “cure” 70 types of solid tumors,but what makes it so good at fitghing cancer?The clinical studies were made only one mice but will come in human population aswell

It interferes with the function of PCNA, a protein complex that is important in bringing together a bunch of other proteins to make DNA replication happen. That’d be very toxic in its own right, but PCNA tends to be changed in a particular way in cancerous cells and this new drug hits that changed form in particular.

tl;dr it just does very well at the core idea of chemotherapeutics, exploiting differences between cancerous and normal cells to kill the former but not the latter.
