Apparently after a long time of built up frustration people (mostly students) are finally getting out on the streets to protest against the ‘quota system’, but Google really doesn’t help at all explaining what the hell that is.

In addition to the quota system existing, there’s also the spectre of corruption in people who may not strictly qualify for it but are able to receive the designation and benefits anyways.
