If one nation has a problem with visitors overstaying visas from a country, they likely won’t allow visa free entry from that country.
Basically whether a passport is accepted without a visa or not. A USA passport is accepted in ~155 countries without a travel visa. A Turkish passport is accepted in 128 countries without travel visa. A Zimbabwe passport is accepted in 39 countries without a travel visa.
