ELI5- What path does water take from our stomach to our sweat glands?

It takes the path to the intestine and then to the bloodstream. The bloodstream transports liquid and other stuff all over the body, It leaves the blood vessels and goes to the interstitial fluid between all cells. It is from it that cells get water and other stuff they use, that include cells that produce sweat.
Stomach, small intestine and large intestine ——> through gut wall into blood vessels ——> now part of the blood ——> fluid moves out of blood to areas needing it and is used, in this case into the skin and sweat glands ——> made into sweat ——> sweat out onto skin
