Eli5: What would be the protocol for the case of an Astronaut suffering a heart attack or similar serious medical condition, (and has it ever happenend before?) on the ISS?

Even people in excellent health can die. If an astronaut were to pass away, would they eject his body into space, or abort the mission to return his body to Earth? Can the astronaut leave a “living will” dictating what he would like them to in that case?
