Eli5: What’s happening when you take an extra deep breath and feel that slight tingle in your chest?

Some times your body just demands an extra deep breath and there’s like a threshold where if you breathe deep enough there’s a slight tingle or stretching on your chest. If you don’t quite hit that you just feel dissatisfied. Hard to explain.
