life coach, a qualification they printed off google images, there are no standards.
so like a psychologist studies behaviors and stuff while a psychiatrist can prescribe meds. and counselors usually focus on specific issues. life coaches kinda just help you reach goals but like with more pep talks. it’s all useful in their own ways tho
dude that’s like a whole squad of helpers lol. basically a psychologist studies minds a therapist talks through stuff. a psychiatrist can give meds a counselor is more like a guide and a life coach is your cheerleader. all good peeps to have on your side
