[ELI5] Why do bacteria have to lose their antibiotics resistance in order to become resistant to phages?

At least that’s what I picked up from that one kurzgesagt video

Resistance is expensive, it takes resources that the bacteria could have used for reproducing.

It’s not a guarantee that bacteria would lose antibiotic resistance but those that did lose it would outperform the ones that didn’t as they’d have more resources to dedicate to reproducing.
