What happens in their head at that moment, so they immediately fall down? And when they are hit in any other part of head they keep stayin?

Just around the underside of your ear is a bundle of nerves thay can be triggered by a hard, fast hit which pushes the jaw back into it just right. You’ll see sometimes its the “lightest” grazing shots, too. Just turns your lights off.

Punches just behind the ear do the same, but those are more likely in MMA with the different gloves.
