eli5: Why do people say “All electrons are identical”? Does that also apply to Protons and Neutrons?

QiT. I hear that said in a lot of videos on physics, but I don’t know what properties they’re referring to. Also, wouldn’t that be the same for protons and neutrons too? If that’s also true, why is that this anecdote only shared when talking about electrons?

All particles of the same type share the same mass, size, spin, magnetic moment ect. However they don’t have the same energy. You can have a high energy gamma photon and a low energy radio photon. So the idea that the basic properties are the same is true.
