I’m watching March madness and a player just rolled his ankle terribly. I played sports and have done it multiple times but as he was limping off it just made me wonder why our instinct is to limp and what is it really helping when we do. Thanks in advance
Limping is what a person does when they want as little weight as possible on their injured leg. If you try limping, you’ll see that the motion results in significantly less time with weight on the injured leg.
