In my experience getting heatstroke usually, I get a weird sort of “high” or “buzz” feeling like I just went drinking? What’s the reason for this feeling, is it just dehydration?

There’s a difference between heat stroke and a term we call heat exhaustion. Two particular questions which may seem weird but relevant are these:
1. Were you sweating during the episode?
2. Is your skin cool or warm to touch?
