dental hygienist here- it’s actually got it’s own term-galvanism. And like others have said, is a reaction between the two metals, likely from amalgam (silver) fillings creating a small electric current. This (although rare) can sometimes create a serious reaction and cause damage, so I would recommend avoiding chewing foil if possible.
