A ball of bacteria is growing under your skull. And in growing it’s putting pressure on nerves. It’s slow enout that your nerves move out of the way but are still impacted. So touching it going to fire all those signals at once.

It’s a lot of pressure in a small amount of space. It is continuous, so it hits the nerves, and some can be located in more sensitive areas. Some zits hurt way worse than others, but I think it has to do with the PSI and proximity to nerves.
