Eli5: Why is a margarita from a bar/restaurant than the pre bottled at the liquor store?

Restaurant margaritas taste better and give you a better buzz. Why?!!!

Any good cocktail bar will make a margarita with fresh lime juice, agave syrup, a little triple sec and tequila. When you buy it pre bottled, the lime juice/sweeter is just sweet and sour mix and tequila.
