Eli5 Why is a vaccination the same for everyone regardless of height and weight?

How is it a one size fits all? Wouldn’t that overexpose/underexpose antibodies to certain people? I hope this makes sense

For convenience. Yes this means that some people are dosed with more or less than the ideal dose for them. Vaccines are generally considered safe and effective with a large margin for error

There really isn’t much harm if over dosed by a small margin, but under dosing could lead to a failure of the body to gain a full immunization. Kinda like how daily vitamins don’t know what *your* specific intake for vitamin B12 should be, but if you take too much your body just deals with it, better to have too much than not enough.
