Someone or company is selling their product/service, why can’t the government go after these people? Seems easy-peasy.

My parents have had their landline since 2001 and the past 3 yrs now the only calls they get are spam calls ! That phone rings off the hook starting at 8-9am till 6-7pm. No matter what my dad does they keep calling. Can’t even block numbers anymore because they mask the number with a local number!
