Yea, don’t drink Gatorade for dehydration. It’s got so much “stuff” in it that you’re kidneys need to filter out that it’s a net negative for how hydrated you are. You can drink it if you want, but drink twice as much water as you do Gatorade if you really want to “rehydrate.” Your most sensitive organ to dehydration is your kidneys and they generally need more water than salt due to our relatively high sodium diets.
