It can’t be because of light pollution, as it’s usually significantly darker but everything looks so milky/gray rather than black? Could this be lights bouncing off of Water Molecules in the air as it’s very humid and cloudy? Will attach picture below

Looks like quite a quantity of moisture or pollution causing the light to reflect/refract off it and cause the sky to appear lighter than usual. It will probably be clearer tomorrow.
