Water has weight. The deeper you go in water the more weight of water is pressing down on anything at that depth, increasing the pressure on the outside of your body. This pressure increases the pressure within your blood vessels, and this is one of the mechanisms by which your body gauges your blood volume. Since your blood pressure increases your body tries to reduce it by reducing your blood volume, via pulling fluid out of your blood. That fluid needs to go somewhere so it is dumped into urine.
