Eli5 why sometimes i continue to be wet or sweat after getting out the shower and drying

Oooh. I have the same problem.
I always thought it was my sweat that is still perspiring due to temperature change.
Also, I try to be as quick as possible showing and it leads to hot inner temp and my body seems to be regulating heat and sweat?
Real curious about real reason
