No one has yet mentioned this point: Part of it is parental expectation. Baby randomly babbles “ma ma” and the parents go “Hey, she’s talking, she said mama!” and encourage baby to say it again. “Mama, mama! do you love your mama? Can you say dada?”
Because spectralisys and honkydory would be hard to learn for a baby?
