Yes. The helicopter is not tied to the ground. As long as there’s enough fuel and a reasonable place to land, the air is the best place to be in an earthquake.

Yes the helicopter is staying in the air by throwing air down, it is not pushing off the ground. If the ground where to move or even stop existing then nothing would happen to the helicopter so long as it can move enough air down to counteract it’s weight.

Yes, the ground may be shaking and is shaking the air like a sound system, but it’s not enough to cause vibrations strong enough to disturb a helicopter. The frequency is low, which translates into low energy sound waves that can’t cause much harm.
