So planets are tiny compared to the distance they are from each other, at least according to that YouTube video I watched. Are electrons and neutrons similarly sized and spaced? And if so is that some E=MCsquared type stuff?

No. If the sun were the nucleus of a hydrogen atom, then its electron would be 6 times further away from its nucleus as Pluto is to the sun. That is, atoms are much more “empty” than our solar system.

This has nothing to do with E=MC^(2)
