I’m sorry can you elaborate? What kind of frequencies? Almost every electronic device is shielded against weak electromagnetic frequencies, since technically any piece of wire can detect an electromagnetic field (e.g. a radio frequency). Although there is a type of weapon called EMP which emits a very high energy electromagnetic pulse able to disrupt any electronic device in the radius of effect.
