Every one knows alcohol is bad during pregnancy. But why is it bad and how much is it bad.

Is it like a blanket ban type of bad or you can take it sparingly bad.

Your baby breathes through you. Smoking has been linked to low birth weight, preterm birth, ear infections, and a host of other issues.

A pregnancy isn’t all that long in the greater scheme. Instead of trying to ‘get away’ with poisoning a baby just a tiny bit, a mother should be trying to do the best she can for the health and survival of her baby.

My sister was born at 27 weeks. She has CP and cannot walk. My mother smoked during all pregnancies and though I never said it, I blamed my mom for my sister’s diisabilities.
