ELIF: Why does it feel nice when another person touches you or your scalp, but not yourself?

Your brain recognizes that you are moving to touch yourself so it doesnt have the same effect of another humans contact. When another human touches you, it releases more chemicals because while you can register they are gonna touch you, your brain still releases more chemicals when its someone else rather than yourself.
