Flies and their last moments

I was using insecticide on a fly and I was waiting for it to stop moving so I could remove it with a toilet paper and throw it in the toilet itself.

I suddenly noticed various larvas coming out of its… I’m not going to say what exactly.

I know some species of flies give birth to maggots or whatever, but do they usually do this when “dying” or it was just a pre-birth to save the offsprings?

Flies go through complete metamorphosis that means egg larvae pupa adult. So it’s highly unlikely that it was larvae that you saw. What you possibly saw was the fly passing eggs through or feacle matter
