Depends entirely on the country.

In Europe most are the same colour cylinder but they have a coloured collar on them.

Some of the more dangerous gases, such as Acetylene and Hydrogen are Maroon or Red respectively.
Inert gases are typically one colour with a collar.
This is to do with recycling them as you can easily purge a nitrogen cylinder and fill it with Argon.

Whereas Acetylene gas is suspended in a weird structure to keep it stable.

Orange we’d typically associate with propane or butane gas. But nowadays it doesn’t, it comes in a fibreglass bottle that you can actually see the level of liquid inside it.
