It’s the same as jumping on a trampoline for an hour and getting off.
Your brain is compensating for the vibrations or motions of your body. Say you are on a boat and the waves are big rocking the boat side to side.
Your brain is going to be working a little harder to keep your balance on the boat. When you get off the boat your brain has to recalculate it’s balance so to speak.
The same applies to pretty much anything that causes a lot of movement or vibrations in our body.
It’s the same phenomenon as sea legs basically.
