After working at a corn maze for many years what we did –

After the seeds were planted, a grid was sprayed onto the dirt . Using a hand-drawn gridded map the paths would then be sprayed out.

After the seedlings grew we dug them out with screwdrivers. A team of 10 of us would take 2 days to get it done

The planters can turn on and off certain rows throughout the field to make the maze, it’s a pre-written prescription file the goes into modern day controllers in planter tractors.
