How are countries like Norway and Switzerland not so densely populated considering the fact that they are portrayed as nearly heaven in all aspects?

Most people who those Nordic countries would allow in, are doing just fine in their own countries. Take Americans for example. They are only going to let the educated in (Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers) and those people make enough money for the USA to be a much better place to live. The USA is only a 3rd world country for the poor, if you have money its probably one of the best places you can live.
