How are countries like Norway and Switzerland not so densely populated considering the fact that they are portrayed as nearly heaven in all aspects?

People rarely have the motivation to move from one tolerable environment to a more tolerable environment. I live in the UK and recognise some other countries are considered better in some respects, but I’m comfortable, so whilst I know life might be better somewhere else, I’m good thanks. Folks in less comfortable countries are more likely to travel to more comfortable ,nearby, countries in search of a better life.
