I’m on a time of day usage and charged different rates per block. The rate also depends on winter/summer and weekday/weekend. It’s gotten me in the habit of doing laundry and running the dishwasher on off peak times to reduce my costs. I can also look up my daily usage to see where I’m trending for the month.
