You shoot them at an angle. That’s the only practical way, or you very smartly disguise the camera in the reflection.

In the matrix there’s a shot like this, I think when they enter the oracle’s apartment. The door knob is round and reflective. In this instance they hid the camera IN the door knob. Check it out on YouTube, it’s neat 🙂

It’s not exactly what you asked for, but it’s a very similar example of hiding the camera to get this kind of effect.
