How body regulates temperature uniformly when different body parts are experiencing contrasting degree of heat

When wearing jacket+short on cold winter or going shirtless+full pant on hot sunny days or tucked in partially in blanket when sleeping, how does body control temperature uniformly?

We’re water cooled. Your blood flows to your hands, feet, and ears more easily when it’s hot, and cools you down through sweating. Then, when it’s cold, it doesn’t flow as easily to those far away parts of the body. That keeps the heat in, to the appropriate level.

This blood goes everywhere, so the whole body remains mostly the same temp.
