When i was younger, i could drink coffee and soda all day long and have no real issues. It didn’t matter the time of day. Everything was fine.
Over the years, though?
At 51, I can officially have one single cup of coffee, essentially immediately after waking up. If i have *any more* caffeine at any other point in my day, not only am i jittery mess for the rest of the day, *i will not sleep*.
